What to Expect From Your First AirStream Sauna Session

Your first sauna session does not need to be complicated. AirStream Sauna Company is built around a simple idea: step out of the noise for a while, warm up, slow down, and leave feeling more like yourself.

Before you arrive

Create your customer account, complete the required waiver, choose your pass, and reserve an available session. Keeping those steps together in one account makes future visits easier, too.

Bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable clothes for before and after your session. A swimsuit or other appropriate sauna clothing will be required; final guest guidelines will be posted before opening.

Inside the Airstream

Once you step through the door, let the heat do what it does best: ask you to be still. Find a comfortable place on the bench, settle your breathing, and give yourself permission to stop rushing.

You do not have to stay in for the entire session. Take breaks whenever you need them. Step outside, cool down in the mountain air, drink water, and return only if you feel ready.

After the heat

Leave a little room after your session instead of packing the next hour too tightly. Hydrate, cool down gradually, and notice how different the day feels when you have made space to pause.

A quick first-visit checklist

  • Create your account and sign the waiver.
  • Reserve your session before arriving.
  • Bring water, a towel, and appropriate sauna clothing.
  • Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
  • Ask a qualified healthcare professional before sauna use if you have health concerns.

Your first visit is simply a starting point. Come once for a reset, or come back often enough that slowing down becomes part of your rhythm.
