Do I need an account to buy a pass?
Yes. Your unique customer account connects your signed waiver, purchases, and session bookings.
When do I sign the waiver?
You’ll complete the waiver after creating your account and before checkout. The system will not allow a package purchase until the waiver is signed.
When do 8-visit membership visits expire?
Your eight visits must be used within each 30-day membership period and do not roll over.
Can I stop monthly autopay?
The 8-Visit Monthly Membership includes an autopay opt-out. Final timing, notice, and cancellation details will be added before launch.
What happens after six Founding months?
The introductory rate covers the first six months. The ongoing price and renewal path still need client confirmation before launch.
